Requesting your personal information (Subject Access Requests)
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information the school holds about you or your child. To make a request, please contact the school office at admin@princessmay.hackney.sch.uk or on 020 7254 1589. We will respond within one calendar month. Further details are set out in Appendix 1 of our Data Protection Policy below.
Freedom of Information requests
Anyone can ask for information held by the school under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Requests should be made in writing to the school office at admin@princessmay.hackney.sch.uk or by post to Princess May Primary School, Princess May Road, London, N16 8DF. We will respond within 20 school days. Information we publish routinely is listed in our Freedom of Information Policy and Publication Scheme below.
Concerns and complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact our DPO in the first instance. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
