Computing
Computing teaches pupils to use technology confidently, safely and creatively, and to understand how computers and networks work. Pupils learn across five areas: computing systems and networks, programming, creating media, data handling and online safety. Programming builds from floor robots in Key Stage 1 to Scratch and text-based Python by Year 6, and online safety is taught in every year group.
